TAX&LEGAL
The Tax and Legal Department (T&L) provides domestic and multi-jurisdictional tax and legal advisory services on company law, tax law, commercial law and business contracts law. The department draws on in-house tax and legal specialists and on an international network of consultants to provide pragmatic and cost-effective solutions. The T&L department also provides specialist advice on litigation (including tax litigation) and due diligence practices.
- PRIVATE&FAMILY
The Private and Family (P&F) clients department advises individuals, families and their associated trusts on key aspects of taxation and financial planning of their estates. Our experts advise on asset protection, planning of family business, succession arrangements for family business, inheritance tax planning, family wealth arrangements, and a wide variety of other issues arising from our clients’ specific needs. Our advisory activities span both domestically and internationally and rely on a network of professionals which include some of the best worldwide experts in finance and business strategy.
- BUSINESS&FINANCE
The Business and Finance (B&F) department offers business clients a wide range of corporate and commercial legal consulting services, accounting services, and administrative support. The department has a well-established experience in assisting clients during business restructuring deals (M&A), real estate transactions, and more. Generally it assists clients in finding an optimal investment arrangement. The B&F has also wide expertise in supporting clients in finding sources of financing. Its experts can count on a well-established domestic and international network created through a long-dated collaboration with major investment and commercial banks, private equity funds, and private investors. A particular niche of activities includes advisory services for turnaround of impaired business, support during the preparation of a business plan, valuations and appraisals.
