Masters Graduate in Business Administration at the University of Bologna (Italy), he attained the State Degree in Professional Accountancy and Business Law Advisor ("Dottore Commercialista") in 1994.

After University he worked as an associate in another organisation, prior to joining Belluzzo&Associati in 1996.

He is specialised in accounting, budget and corporate tax law.
